Colorado’s U.S. Senate Democratic primary candidate discussed systemic racism in a forum on Saturday hosted by SEIU Local 105, Colorado People’s Action, Colorado Black Women for Political Action, and others. Former Governor John Hickenlooper and former Colorado House speaker Andrew Romanoff talked about their experience with addressing racial injustice.
The candidates were also asked about affordable housing, immigrant justice, and raising the federal minimum wage.
The primaries are set to take place on June 30th via mail-in ballots.
